A Monthly Play Book Club
Play Dates
Hear a New play read aloud followed by a curated discussion
Every month we gather on the first Monday of every month at 6:00 pm at the Stanley Marketplace. Volunteers engage in a relaxed cold reading of the play, after which the group is lead through discussion by our resident dramaturg.
Each play date is casual, lively, and through provoking. Join us for our upcoming play dates or browse our past plays to add to your reading list!
Grab a drink, bring a device to read from, and find a notebook! The play date is in session!
Join us for our exciting Summer Series where we will be reading The Inequalities: Beyond Caring, LOVE, & Faith, Hope and Charity a trilogy written by Alexander Zeldin and with special guest Dramaturg Robin O’Connell.
Each play in the trilogy starts with an essay on the research that went into each piece. Our dramaturg, Robin, will lead us through the essay, the play, and in a thoughtful post play discussion that will compare UK statistics with current US statistics and more!
